I've started a rebuild. The updated
maps are just from this bug.

CompositeRepo failures can cause bad artifact results

In fact, this bug caused a bundle in
today's build repo to reach 11G in size! I've deleted this repo
from eclipse.org so that we don't spend all of the foundation's bandwidth
dollars.
I've cleaned some older child repos
to avoid this problem with the current build. I'll move up to new equinox.p2
bundles when this bug is fixed to avoid this problem in the future.
