Re: [platform-releng-dev] Please read - https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=266905

Just to clarify, are you asking everyone to retag their bundles for *this* week's integration rebuild, or just for the next I-build (M6 warm-up on Sunday). What is the consequence for bundles that are not retagged in this week's build?

Hi,

If your bundles are using api tools, you should continue to read.
Otherwise you can delete this message.

We had a bug last week that caused a bug in the generation of
.api_description file. This was fixed right after the I-build last week.
If you contributed for last week I-build and not for this week I-build,
you *need* to retag your bundle without changing anything just to make
sure that the new version of the bundle will be used by p2 update and be
included in the zips provided by the build.
If you haven't contributed for the last two weeks, you don't need to retag
your bundles as the .api_description file is not boggus.

If anything is not clear, please let me know. As long as the bundle is not
tagged again with a newer version, the .api_description file will continue
to be empty.

Thanks,

Olivier
