It was a windows update "Restart
your computer now?" dialog.  The machine has been rebooted to
avoid this problem for the next build.

This test failure indicates something changed the focus window during
that test ... this is not reproducible on my linux box without manual
intervention.

All but one of the test failures indicate the "something was blocking
us" problem.  The test failure in testDynamicRegistry is being
tracked
by https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=262023 and it was
decided not to include this in the maintenance build.  These do not
effect the quality of the build.
