[platform-releng-dev] M5 delayed

As you probably have surmised, M5 was
not released over the weekend.  The Eclipse foundation installed a
new certificate on Friday at 10am.  I ran a last build toward M5 at
2pm to incorporate the new splash spreen.  This build was missing
the eclipse executables and had logs that indicated signature errors.  After
much testing and  test builds over the weekend, I suspected that the
mix of jars signed with old certificate (Orbit) and new (eclipse project)
was the source of the problem.  David Williams and Martin Oberhuber
ran a new Orbit build for me which I included in a test build last night
which fixed the problem.  

I would like to run another build toward
M5 with the new Orbit build.  Please do not update the maps for the
I-build until we have a M5 candidate.
