[platform-releng-dev] Rebuild Request
JDT Text needs a rebuild to fix problems with ICU. For yet unknown reasons
(for details see: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=258257)
the
build process now binds com.ibm.icu.base instead of com.ibm.icu which
surfaces a problem in JDT Text. I have fixed this now and updated the map
file. However, JDT Debug has the same issue and we should wait for them to
contribute.
