Tom, this was a problem with cvs checkout
from eclipse.org, not the cvs tag. The tag was okay, the server was not.....thus
I just restarted the same build earlier this morning.

I don't see anything wrong with the org.eclipse.equinox.executable
contribution. The core.map shows the released tag as v20081201-1815
which seems to exist.
Kim, do you know what is wrong here?
