The UI test failure (which happened in the above mentioned build but not in the two later builds) uncovered an actual problem, but this does not affect the quality of the build for normal users. It is a race condition in code that reacts to plug-ins being removed dynamically. We disabled the test for this week and will fix the race condition in M4.
