Sorry for the confusion. The issue is
that all the bundles included in  the org.eclipse.equinox.p2.user.ui
feature are 1.0.100.qualifier or lower while the feature is version 1.1.0.qualifier
 Thus the version compare tool flags this because the feature is higher
than the the bundles indicate it needs to be.  That's all.

Kim could you please detail what you mean here? The equinox.p2
feature has not been changed for a long time and our contribution to the
I20080917-1800 build is only one bundle whose tagged got properly incremented.
Also what do you suggest we do, since we have been operating the same all
along the milestone.

The releng failure can be ignored. It's the issue with the equinox.p2.feature
being incremented higher than the changes it contains.
