I have worked around this problem by
re-tagging the help feature for the 1am build, to ensure the latest contents
are picked up by the build.

The pde.build test failure is an intermittent failure which is seen here
for only the 2nd time. 

I have raised https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=247749 to track
this. 

The short story is that the version suffix for the org.eclise.help feature
did not get incremented between build I20080916-2000 and I20080917-0100.
 This resulted in the version from 0916 being included in the zip
instead of the one from 0917. 

Ultimately, this is caused by https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=208143,
which has occured before, but for which we do not have a real satisfactory
solution. 

Any build for which this test (org.eclipse.pde.build.tests: SourceTests#testBug206679_247198)
fails should be considered to have incorrect feature contents.
