Performance tests for the 3.4x baselines are now running.

We had additional electrical capacity installed in our lab last week to accomodate the new 3.5 performance machines. We are awaiting delivery of new UPSs so that we can plug these machines. Our IT team estimates that the UPSs will arrive this week. In adddition, there needs to be some work done on the switch to accomodate the new machines.
