It looks like the  win32.win32.x86
tests didn't run because of a network problem on that machine.  They
are running now.  

The win32.win32.x86_5.0 test results
are missing because they weren't copied back to the build machine.  Again,
I suspect a network problem. I have copied the results back.

I'm rerunning the api tooling tests
that failed.

The releng test failure can be ignored.

It looks like the test results for I20080617-2000 are still not available
because the tests are stalled on one of the windows test machines, I'll
check the machine when I get to the office.
