I ran the release tool on the doc projects this afternoon. I would have
released them all except that I don't have commit rights for the jdt and
pde doc projects. Both org.eclipse.jdt.doc.isv and org.eclipse.pde.doc.user
have unreleased changes, can someone with commit rights run the release
