The build failed because the orbit map
was updated to fetch the sat4j plugins from CVS instead of as a prebuilt
jar.  When a nightly build runs, it replaces all the CVS tags with
HEAD.  Since Orbit doesn't have anything in HEAD, only in branches,
the build could not fetch these bundles. 

I have reopened
Need to update to SAT4J RC8
