I've started another test build.  If
successful, I'll move it to the real server so it is available to the team.

I haven't fixed the performance test
yet.  I think I know what's wrong, I just have to do some further
testing.

The current build isn't running with
perf tests.

I'm running a test build with changes from the Equinox team and a fix to
the builder.   Once this test build is successful, I'll start an integration
build.    So the 8pm build is delayed until we have a successful
test build, optimistically this will be just a few hours.
