[platform-releng-dev] I20080205-0010: Please do not commit updated .settings file

Please read this if you used I20080204-1800 or I20080205-0010 on an
existing workspace.
As already mentioned on the mailing list and in the status call:
I20080204-1800 and I20080205-0010 had code that unnecessarily touched the
following project settings files:
org.eclipse.jdt.core.prefs
org.eclipse.jdt.ui.prefs
This happened in all projects that use project specific formatter settings
The change increased the formatter settings version from 11 to 12
(Embedded image moved to file: pic01454.jpg)
In general we want to avoid such 'mass' changes. We decided to roll back
this change. I20080206-0010 and later don't do this anymore.
If you find these changes, please revert them (for example by invoking
'Override and update', or replace from local history).
