The Compare failure is due to a newly
added test that checks for an error condition. The error condition does
occur when the test is run locally using an IBM VM. I will check to see
if the same error occurs for the Sun VMs (since we expect the failure from
a JCL class).  This failure does not affect the quality of the build.
