Warnings in jdt javadoc are due to the usage of the @category tag that is
not yet supported by the javadoc tool.
I added the following line in the jdt javadoc options file:
-tag category:X
If platform plugins wants to also use this tag, it should be added to the
platform javadoc options file.
So it should be fixed for the next build.
