[platform-releng-dev] Locking 3.3.1 development - 3.3.1 promotion on hold

In order to make the Europa fall maintenance release date, we technically
have to meet the September 24th date.
This means we do not need to rush promoting BuildM20070913-1500 into 3.3.1
tonight. Now until the promotion has occurred, no one should release more
changes to the 3.3 maintenance branch without prior approval from the PMC;
i.e. we lock down tonight.
So I am presently aware of 2 pending issues:
- JDT/APT bug (see below)

- Platform/UA : annoying DVT bug which looks bad given our 3.3.1 mandate is
to address all translation/doc bloopers
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=176985.
Question to affected components:
Can they reasonably address these issues before (let say) monday evening ?

Apologies: JDT APT has just found a bug
(https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=203454) which is a bit
ugly. We think it is not worth delaying release of 3.3.1, but we would
like to investigate and discuss for a few more hours before saying "GO".
