They are available.  I was overly
optimistic with my report on progress on the network issues - although
connectivitiy has improved, it seems the connections now run asynchronously
instead of the opposite.  This requires me to log into the build machine
and kill rsh processes that are stale in order for the build to complete
and post test results.

I have been told by our IT that this
issue is at the top of their priority list.  Cross your fingers.
