This appears to be related to
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=202134, which has
apparently been fixed in JDT Core.  It doesn't have anything to do with
APT, it's just that the APT tests happen to exercise the compiler in
Java 1.6 mode.

Hopefully the test will pass tonight.

The compiler.apt.tests DNF.  

Nothing in compiler.apt or compiler.apt.tests has changed since the last
build in which these tests passed.  They seem to have failed with a
timeout somewhere in Ant invocation code; there is no APT code on the
stack.  The tests pass in a dev workspace synced to HEAD.  I will
download the automated framework and see if that passes locally.  Thus
far, though, I don't see any reason to believe these failures indicate a
problem with APT.
