[platform-releng-dev] More build fun with integration builds

Starting with the midnight build that
will be available when you arrive for work on Friday (not tomorrow :-)
 there will be integration builds every night at 00:10 am EDT in lieu
of nightly builds.  Please update your map files accordingly.

This was decided in the arch call today
as a method to allow us to converge more easily toward the release candidate
builds.

I've updated the build schedule to reflect
this change.

It was also mentioned in the arch call
that you shouldn't release code into HEAD that you don't intend to release
for 3.3.  Please keep work for future releases in a branch.
