Kim,

the RC1 GO/NO GO day is a holiday in France and Switzerland. I suggest we
shift this to Wednesday - at least for teams in Europe.

Now that we are nearing the end of the release, I've prepared an Endgame
build schedule with a description of builds toward RC1.
