This is great news!  All teams
have signed off on the build and it's not even lunchtime yet.  No
Saturday promotion!  

I'll start the process to promote the
I20070503-1400 to M7.  I didn't run performance tests on this build
in anticipation of the usual Friday rebuild.  I'll run the performance
tests next week and include them in the promoted build. Our lab's network
will be undergoing maintenance all Saturday and I don't want to start the
performance tests today and have them fail due to network issues.
