Thanks for posting the schedule.
Could you please clarify what "midnight" means ? This is a misleading term
which can be interpreted differently in various places.
e.g. is Monday midnight: monday 00:00am or tuesday 00:00am ? In France it
would mean the latter.
I think using a time notation instead would disambiguate the schedule for
every body (at least for me <g>).

The upcoming milestone week will span eight days. That's the kind of value
that we provide at eclipse.org, free software and now an eight day week.
We will be starting with a warm-up build at midnight at 00:10 this Friday.
The European teams want to be able to verify their fixes on Friday because
of local holidays early next week. Consequently, all teams are asked to
tag their projects before they leave work on Thursday night. Also, please
ensure that there are not any map file snafus that break the first build by
using the releng tool :-)
Friday, Apr 27 - 3.3 M6 warm-up and Test candidate builds
- 00:10, 8am 3.3 M7 Warm-up build toward Test candidate
Monday, Apr 30 - 3.3 M7 warm-up and Test candidate builds
- 3.3 M7 build toward Test candidate at 00:10, 8 am, 1pm, and 6 pm builds
if map files are updated
- Midnight Integration builds will be in lieu of the nightly builds on
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
- goal: a good build for the test pass on Tuesday
- The last chance to submit to the test candidate will be the Tuesday
midnight build
Tuesday, May 1 (all day) - Final Test candidate build and 3.3 M7 Test pass
- 00:10 build is the final 3.3 M7 test candidate build
- intensive 1-day test pass on 3.3 M7 candidate
Wednesday, May 2 - Build toward Milestone candidate
- 3.3 M7 builds toward Milestone candidate with 00:10, 8 am, 1pm, and 6 pm
builds if map files are updated
Thursday, May 3 - Final Build toward Milestone candidate
- midnight build is the final 3.3 M7 candidate build
- for a rebuild, only team(s) requesting the rebuild need to recheck and
sign off (although they may request other teams to revalidate potentially
affected functionality)
- goal: a milestone candidate for Friday
Friday, May 4
-Final sanity check, all teams sign off, 3.3 M7 is released.
