For the last few builds, on eclipse.org, the page that these links point
to seems incomplete; in particular, there is no link to the SDK
download.  The full collection of files does not seem to be available
until some time after the tests all complete (for instance, I only just
now was able to access the 20070320-0010 build, 19 hours after it
started).

Did something change?  I used to be able to download the SDK as soon as
the build completed, while the testing was still underway.

Here's what the page I'm looking at looks like as of 1900 EDT, 20
minutes after the build email was sent:
