The build failed because of a problem
packing the jars.

I've attached the packing related logs
to bug 

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=172935

so the update team can take a look and
provide a patch to org.eclipse.update core which provides the jar processing
functionality in our build.

We'll be releasing a new builder today
and will be disabling packing as an interim solution.
