It seems the pack phase of the build
fails on a certain jar and is related to the org.eclipse.update.core.siteOptimizer
that is used to pack the jars.   I'm going to release some additional
changes to both the maintenance and  HEAD streams of the builder to
enable additonal logging to determine the exact jar where the pack fails.
