On Friday, the build failed because
of an problem with the org.eclipse.swt.win32.wce_ppc.arm
swt build script.  Grant and I tested the script on Friday and it
seemed to work. I disabled this drop from the build for Sunday's build.
On Sunday the build failed because of problems with this signing and packing
process.

I'm investigating this problem and have
started a nightly build since the last three were not successful.
