It also seems that the builds
aren't getting propagated to the outside world?  I'm getting 404's
from the download pages listed in these emails.  Eclipse download
page still shows I20061219 as the latest I-build, and I20070108 (with status
"pending") as the latest N-build.

It appears that there are DNS issues in our lab again.  Since our
tests run over the network this means that our tests cannot complete successfully
because address resolution between the build machine and test machines
is not working.  I've asked our IT team to look into this as a high
priority item because it is breaking builds.
