[platform-releng-dev] 3.2.2 endgame plan now available

Unlike the weather outside, the 3.2.2
maintenance stream will soon be frozen.  The 3.2.2 endgame plan is
now available.

The next build is Wednesday January
10 at 8am after which time no open bugs should be flagged for 3.2.2.
A test pass of this build will occur
Monday January 15.  

A reminder that all fixes applied to
the 3.2.2 stream should have a +1 vote from the PMC for the inclusion in
the build.
