The builds seem to be failing at the
same time and with the same issue every night.  The signed zip is
not being copied back to our build machine from eclipse.org, even though
it exists on the eclipse.org build server.  However, if I run a test
build during the day, the build completes without a problem.  Also,
if I restart the build during the day from the code checked out at midnight,
it completes successfully.  

I don't know if there a network anomaly
that occurs at around 2am that causes network timeouts and consequently
the copy to fail.  In an effort to troubleshoot this issue, I've temporarily
changed the nightly builds to start at 11pm.

Also, build N2006119-0010 has been restarted.
