As well, the test results will not be
available from the last two builds because of this issue.    The
core team has addressed this bug and I have started a rebuild.

Looks like some late changes didn't get tested that much. I20061030-2000
and I20061031-0010 cannot even be started with a fresh workspace
(https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=162851).
Platform Search, Platform Text, JDT Text and JDT UI please use
I20061030-1704 for todays test pass.
