SWT has made its contribution to the
noon build.

You're right that a contribution should
have been made on Friday, but I and our current build victim wern't aware
that critical fixes had been committed after last week's I-build.  Making
an swt build submission takes a while as a result of compiling and sanity
checking the native libraries on the various platforms, so the hope was
that just making one today would let a new fix in without duplicating the
library compilation effort.  In the future we'll be more mindful of
problems like this that can arise from not contributing to the initial
warm-up builds.

It looks like at least also SWT forgot (or did not intend?) to contribute
to the warm-up build which makes the I-build hard to use due on WinXP
(various tree problems that got fixed in the nightly).

May I suggest to treat the warm-up builds like real I-builds. For European
committers failing to do so means we have to wait until at least 15:00
our
time to get a valid test candidate on which we can decide whether it is
good for testing.
