There are workaround for these bugs
that make this build usable:

1) Delete org.eclipse.platform from
your workspace, if present
2) Switch to default presentation, restart,
and reset all perspectives.

If you are not using the experimental
3.3 presentation and don't have org.eclipse.platform in your workspace,
this build appears to be fine.

Heads up: I find this build to be unusable.
 I cannot launch a runtime workspace, and there are severe problems
with view maximize/minimize and fast view behaviour:
