I missed the point when I wrote the test - probably because I used a 1.5
JRE.

The test that failed was expected to run on a 1.5 JRE. I fixed it so that
it is disabled if the JRE used to run it is not a 1.5 or above JRE.
Releng failures are still the same. All chkpii errors.
