I believe I have fixed this intermittent test failure (see the bug for the 
patch).  I have released the patch to the ui test suite , tagged the ui 
tests project and updated the ui map file.  We are not requesting a 
rebuild just for this but if there is a rebuild request from another team, 
we are ready.

This is an intermittent test failure (
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=141654), and a problem with
the test, so the build is still good.  Also note that the fix for bug
152052 (see rebuild request) does not affect the SDK, so from a 
Platform/UI
point of view, M20060906-1737 can be used for testing/verification.
