All the same test failures occurred
when I reran the tests except the org.eclipse.jdt.debug.tests_win32.win32.x86
test passed this time.

I've confirmed that org.eclipse.jdt.ui.tests/testresources/rtstubs15.jar
exists on the test machines and isn't corrupt.

The jdt.ui.text tests couldn't find a test resource (org.eclipse.jdt.ui.tests/testresources/rtstubs15.jar).
We haven't changed anything in this area and the test runs with us locally
on plugins from buildM20060823-1200. Looking at eclipse-Automated-Tests-M20060823-1200.zip,
rtstubs15.jar is contained. Can you give the tests another try?
