Sorry folks, I've broken the build in a manner that causes it to not start if you are using a customized perspective...fix is in HEAD (org.eclipse.ui.workbench\Eclipse UI\org\eclipse\ui\internal\Perspective.java).

I'm not sure if this should be respun or not.
