This has been discussed previously: it is not possible for us to fix those
warnings except excluding the whole file from chkpii - which is a bad idea
and not what we want. Another but complicated solution would be to have a
customized markup table as input to chkpii.

That's just a chkpii warning as indicated by (W). Errors marked with
warnings are not flagged as releng failures, although it's a good idea to
fix them.

I have fixed the chkpii error in doc, but there appears to be another one
in JDT:
