Here is a cumulative list of the bugs (doc and code) that the Runtime team
has put into the RC3 build.

139806 - TextProcessor adds redundant directional characters when called
multiple times
139812 - Registry expects osgi.nl, osgi.os, and osgi.ws to be set
138290 - Update translatable attributes in products schema
