The team tests failed because a power
outlet in our lab died over the weekend taking down the cvs test server.
 As well, the problem took out one of the performance machines.  This
is why the performance results are not available from the weekend.  I'll
stop the queued performance tests with the exception of N20060424-0010
because there isn't enough time for all of them to run.
