FYI - For entire morning, Europe has been experiencing bugzilla server to
be down:

Can't connect to the database.
Error: Too many connections
  Is your database installed and up and running?
  Do you have the correct username and password selected in localconfig?


For help, please send mail to the webmaster (webmaster@xxxxxxxxxxx), giving
this error message and the time and date of the error.


CVS seems still operationnal, so we will proceed for contributing build
input. But for a little while, the bugzilla database may not reflect the
fact some defects got addressed in forthcoming build.
