There are no results on Linux and Mac
OSX due to corruption of the shell scripts which launch the tests.  I
believe I have fixed this and am testing for upcoming builds.

The releng test failures are due to
a number of chkpii errors, some being in the apt javadoc (I will exclude
these for future builds).  For the others, please let me know which
ones can be excluded from chkpii testing.

As for the length of time it took for
tests to complete, it is hard to tell - at quick glance it looks like the
org.eclipse.ui.tests.UiTestSuite is hitting the 2 hour timeout limit.
