This looks like a change in jdt.core behavior that has broken APT. We're
trying to figure out how to fix it. 

The build is otherwise okay.

TypeBinding.getDeclaredMethods() is returning MethodBindings for methods
whose return types cannot be resolved. In the past, it has always
filtered these.
