In all of the failing core tests, they
are validating the shape of a resource delta, and are encountering an unexpected
marker delta.  By any chance, has anyone added code *after* N20060313
that is eagerly adding or changing markers, perhaps in a background thread
or job?  I have a hunch that another plugin may be causing background
changes to markers that are polluting the resource deltas in the resource
tests.  If you have any information that may help, please follow up
in the bug report:
