I'm investigating the failure which
caused a problem with the publishing of our test results.  The results
are available here:
http://download.eclipse.org/downloads/drops/I20060210-1214/testResults.php

The releng test failure is due to a
missing about.html file (corrected in 4:40 build) and javadoc warnings
in org.eclipse.swt and org.eclipse.team.ui.
