PDE will take advantage of the rebuild
to solve the compilation problem resulting from a mismatch of tags between
plug-ins from PDE Build and PDE UI.

There is a bug in Virtual Tree on GTK which makes
the virtual tree 
unusable on GTK.

This affects the debug prespective and probably others as well.

SWT would like to request a rebuild.  Map file is up to date.
