We were unable to reproduce the debug test failure. The Ant test failure
is due to a timing problem and does not represent a problem with the build
(the Ant debugger has a flaw where it can fire an terminate event before
the Ant runner has completely exited from the last build, allowing the
next test to start and causing an "overlapping build" error message -
however, in practice this is not a problem).
