The UA team is currently investigating the following
problem on Linux:

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=121039 [Help] Files with
.xhtml extension are being served as text files by the Help System

We will notify the releng team when we have a fix so that we can get a
rebuild.
