This week's 3.2 stream integration builds have an error that prevents
working with old workspaces containing projects stored outside the
workspace directory.  The only workaround is to go back to a build from
last week, or to install this patch (drop this JAR in plugins directory and
start with "-clean"):

Because this bug involved reading and writing metadata incorrectly, if you
create a *new* workspace with this week's I-build that contains projects
outside the workspace, those projects will fail to load in future builds.
I.e., I don't recommend keeping workspaces that were created with this
week's I-builds if your workspace contains projects stored outside the
workspace directory.
